8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (includes continental breakfast and lunch) 

6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (seven-course dining tutorial)

Saturday

8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (includes continental breakfast and lunch) 

Registration Fees: 

First-Time Certificate: $3,000

Member Refresher: $750​

This is a two-day training program.  Please register only if you can attend both days in person.  

Once your registration and fees have been submitted, you will receive a confirmation with additional information related to travel, lodging, and logistics.
